Calling all photographers and artists

Since Mom and I are going to TNT in January, I want to get a blog set up where we can easily post some of the thousands of pictures we will take. I'm going to have the netbook along to get pictures off the DSLR and will hopefully have plentiful web access, but I don't want to spend a huge amount of vacation time online. So any photographers or artists who have online galleries, etc., can you please respond?

NOTE: I want Mom to be able to upload stuff as well as doing it myself. She keeps a nature blog and I want to find a way for her to post pictures easily all the time.

Have you thought about tumblr for photos?

Hi and yay! I want to try to transition my main activity to DW, so I'm glad you added me! :)

I've thought about tumblr, but I don't know a lot about it. It's one I'm looking into though. :D Thanks!

I've decided on Tumblr! It seems to be a VERY easy posting interface, and the best part is I don't need to resize the pics before I upload them. Thanks for the suggestion! :)

I wouldn't say I post a *lot* of photos, but I upload them to flickr, and then grab the HTML from there to insert them into a DW post (which cross-posts to LJ). I've used LJ's scrapbook occasionally, but I hate the interface. I should really make sure I've got all the photos that are there at the moment backed up on flickr and/or my HD, for when LJ finally goes down the tubes...

I've been doing that sort of thing, except uploading to Photobucket, but Mom has said it's just too much work for her. I think I'm going to go with Tumblr. It seems pretty easy to use, and I can probably link. I know I can crosspost links to Twitter and Facebook at least. :)

I recommend google+. It's very easy to upload your photos and a lot of photographers post their pictures there. Here are some examples:
