innerslytherinI've been on hold for 12 minutes so far... It's 2:45.
A pet peeve of mine is when they play music for a while, then have a woman's voice say "Thank you for holding" or "Please continue to hold". That always makes me think they're answering, so it gets my hopes up. Or something. It's annoying.
At 2:47 they answered.
45 minutes later, oh my gosh. I feel so much better. I reconsolidated, I made a $100 payment with my debit card, I have a forbearance...
I could just cry with how relieved I am.
