escape yourself and gravity

i get the feeling you might be thinking in terms of just the US shouldering the conflict management around the world. there is no real 'safe' in military operations, thats obvious, even peacekeeping forces get killed, there is an inherent danger always. its a risk. but if one encourage strengthening regional ties and their peacekeeping abilities most probably America (who admittedly is the bulk of the UN PK forces) won't have to carry the burden for much longer.
