What a perfectly delicious scene! Poor Severus, very much wishing he could be mean and spiteful instead of friendly. And, wow, Hermione and Ron are all grown up and so mature... kind of scary. ;-) I really loved Severus' thought: "Hermione Granger-Weasley has gone mad. He has always expected it--too much drive, too much revision, too little fun. It has driven her round the bend." Made me laugh right out loud. Thanks for sharing.
