escape yourself and gravity

You know, I've been in LJ communities before, but this year I haven't been paying as much attention. There's lj_nanowrimo, but most of the entries there seem to be introduction posts. I've done some reading of the forums for my local area, too. I'm going to try to screw up the courage to go to a write-in this year. I've never done that before. :D
