Most lozenges have sorbitol and I'm allergic to that. I take the pills, but it's difficult on a sore throat. If I need a lozenge, I use the cold-eeze all natural honey and lemon ones. They aren't great, but they're better than most.

If you're having pain with the pressure, plan your day tomorrow around a doctor's visit. Seriously, woman, don't make me come out there and drag you myself. *G*
