I don't think they'll go with Spencer being molested, but I'm not sure about his father maybe molesting other kids? I don't think they'll go there, though. As you said, they did that with Morgan.

As for Morgan & Garcia...normally I would be with you, except that I am SOOOOO in love with their friendship, and the way their friendship has been portrayed as being so full of love and yet not romantic... I don't know, I've had guy friends who were my Morgan. So I love their friendship without romance. (Not to mention I adore Kevin. I know he's not the "hunky jock" guy, but he likes Penelope for who she is...)
