I need to make an SPN filter, just because I don't get the CW and have to wait until iTunes has it before I read all y'all's squeeful, thinky commentary. So a poll, just because it's easier.

DUDE! I SO KNEW it was an angel! I suspected it when the psychic's eyes were burned out, but I knew it when the demons were burned, too. MMmmmm, that's my kinda angel, the kind from the Bible where the first thing they say is "FEAR NOT" because they're freaking terrifying in their majesty and power.

I need a Castiel icon. I loved the way he talked, the way he looked at Dean. Like humans are sort of puzzling to him. I like that a heavenly being is less familiar than a demonic one.

AC/DC will NEVER cease to fucking ROCK.

I LOVE BOBBY!!!!!!!! And I love that Dean acknowledged Bobby was the closest thing he has to a father now. If we ever lose Bobby I'm going to be heartbroken.

I should say more but I really need to watch the episode again before I do more flailing.

I should qualify my first answer, I think. :) I only post episode reviews on my comm for just such a thing, spn_reviews (which, btw, feel free to join if you would like. ^^) and will only put the occasional squee on mah journal. But if there are spoilers, it'll be behind a cut, so.

And I may not be able to watch it until Friday nights, too now. *woe* Stupid CW costing an extra freakin' $14 a month here in Canada. Bastards.

Oh hurray! I knew you were usually just a smidgen behind my smidgen behind in the viewing.

I think we're in for a lot of fun this year. I have a very optimistic speculation that the "you have no faith" comment explains a bit why divine assistance has been lacking for the boys until cosmic intervention was needed to even things out. *shrugs* Regardless, the payoff on SPN has always been worth whatever it takes to get there.

So did your mom watch this with you yet?

I answered this poll at your IJ, but then saw you've got an LJ as well, and since I'm mostly active on LJ, I came over here. So just ignore the other one ;-)

The angel thing has me about nervous, but also rather curious. I'm quite anxious to see where they'll go with that. And I really like the guy who's playing him.

To be honest, with just about any other set of writers, I would be nervous. But they've consistently dealt well with all things spiritual, to my mind, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they do. And Castiel is definitely my sort of angel--that is, badass and scary, not all hearts and white feathers. *grin*

I'm mostly active at LJ as well. I mostly did the IJ thing to keep up with some of the HP fandom elements that migrated last year, and I'm actually sort of fading out of HP fandom, anyway. *G*

But yes, Bobby. I have a huge, huge amount of love for Bobby. I'm a sucker for male relationships, and the way Bobby greeted them in the first season, and the way his relationship with the boys has changed over the years, is just gorgeous.

Yeah, I did the same thing - got an IJ back when lots of people were fleeing from LJ, but I'm mostly keeping it as a backup now. IJ seems to have gone much more quiet now since LJ has been behaving itself recently.
