One of my favourite things about this Severus is that you let him be happy. Ever since Chapter 2 of HBP, I've felt vindicated in believing that Severus can express emotions other than annoyance and anger with people he genuinely cares for - not that I'm implying that he genuinely cares for Narcissa, but even if he's playing a role when he's pleasant to her, that means that the people he's known so long would /expect/ him to behave that way, which means that he has, genuinely, in the past. Whoo, circular logic.

Anyway, yeah. I'm enjoying a Severus who laughs, and enjoys making Remus happy. ^__________^ And Remus is just too darn cute for words.
