Poor Reid, called out for lying to Hotch. Of course, Hotch just left him home and didn't do anything worse, so I suppose he should be grateful.

Dave's from Long Island. I would have prefered Chicago, since I've always placed him there, and since Joe M is so attached to his own hometown...but I didn't really expect it, since Morgan was already from Chicago.

Speaking of Morgan, the look on his face when the counselor talked about the sexual exploitation of children...ouch.

This episode reminded me of the one with Gideon on crutches when he was driving Garcia crazy. Of course, that was back when Hotch was more light-hearted and could cover for Gideon. I somehow don't think Reid's going to get much leeway for that. But how cute was it that he gave himself a "second opinion" about traveling!? Hee!

I totally knew Dave was lying about sleeping with Emma, because he's a manipulative bastard like that. But I kind of thought he would tell the judge that he was lying, once the judge was dying at his feet.

JJ covered in blood spatter was... Does it make me horrible if I say it was sexy? That was just cool. And then Emily taking care of her. I totally love their friendship.

I have already started the episode tag for this, but severity_softly also pounced on me and demanded I write an episode tag with her, so mine will probably be up tomorrow instead of tonight.

Looking forward to seeing things develop with Jack and Sam-the-federal-marshal-whose-last-name-I've-already-forgotten. I am really hoping that we won't see a reconcilation of Hotch & Haley though. I have a really hard time forgiving infidelity, which is odd considering I've never been the victim of it myself. But maybe Dave meant that the one pure thing in Aaron's life was his relationship with his son. Or maybe he meant, "I'm your family, Aaron. And I really didn't sleep with her, you know. I would never cheat on you. We'll get Foyet and you and Jack and I can be a family again."

*cough* Wait, wait, I think I had my shipper glasses on just then.


Speaking of ships? Yeah, the Emily in my head is REALLY FUCKING PISSED about this whole Emma Taylor thing. I'm just sayin.
