You mean that it's that his sibling has an autistic kid? Or just something relating to a sibling? Logically I would expect a 55-year-old man from an Italian Catholic family to have siblings. My dad only had one living sibling and one stillborn sibling, but y'know, birth control being forbidden and all... ;)
I confess, Prentiss' shooting him would have been awesome. Probably problematic Constitutionally, shooting a foreign-born criminal while they were sitting at a table. She could get out of it, I'm sure, between being former Interpol and having a mother who was an Ambassador, but then again we know Prentiss doesn't like trading on family name or politics. But I can't see her caring about that if she's trying to protect her team.
I think it would have been more in character for her to shoot Doyle. But anticlimactic as far as being "good TV". *G*
